- Agreement, Waiver & Release
By participating in Pro Footballer Skills services through the https://www.profootballerskills.com website ("Website"), including but not limited to, training programs, exercises, challenges, competitions both online and offline, and all other services ("Services") accessed through the "Website" controlled by Pro Footballer Skills , I hereby agree to the following:
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK: I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of fully engaging in the Services. I acknowledge that participating in the Services carries inherent risks and dangers, including the potential for accidents, injuries, or even death.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: I willingly and entirely release Pro Footballer Skills from any and all claims, as well as any other forms of liability, arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with my participation in the Services. This release of liability applies even if such claims or liability result from the negligence or any other fault of the Released Parties.
PRIOR AGREEMENT: I understand that this Agreement, Waiver & Release supersedes any prior oral or written statements made to me.
I have read this release and waiver agreement thoroughly, comprehended its content, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
For individuals under the age of 18, parental or legal guardian permission must be obtained before participating in any of the Services. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to assess whether the Services are suitable for the minor.
Parent/Guardian Agreement
As the parent or legal guardian of the participant, I hereby grant consent for them to participate in the "Services." I concur with the "Understanding of Risk" and "Release of Liability" terms and execute the Agreement, Waiver, and Release on their behalf.
In my capacity as the parent or guardian of the participant, I have meticulously read this release and waiver agreement, fully comprehended its content, and voluntarily agreed to its terms.
